Regional Trades Initiative

What is RDC Regional Trades Initiative?
An initiative by Red Deer College to enhance and promote trades in Central Alberta by collaborating with all interested stakeholders including but not limited to: students, parents, businesses, educators and government agencies.

What do we have to offer?
• Teacher Training Skills courses -  These courses although offered during the summer can also be delivered throughout the year and designed to meet the needs of  jurisdictions or schools “Career and Technologies Studies” (CTS) programs
• Custom design appropriate workshops for teacher PD and Conference presentations.
• Provide trade career direction for stakeholders
• Provide facility and equipment consultation, for the set-up and delivery of high school CTS courses
• Consultation for resource and curriculum materials
