Agreements

The Office will supply copies of template agreements for your information and resources.  These are NOT LEGAL DOCUMENTS.  Only use these documents for your information or that of your partners or clients in the further development of your relationship with them.  Please consult the Office of Applied Research and Innovation when you begin discussing the agreement or hopefully prior to the agreement stage so that we might assist you with the proper draft followed by the proper “legal” agreements.  View a sample research agreement now (Microsoft Word Document) or an intellectual property disclosure form.
