Alberta Application Submission Initiative Data Submission - Data is shared with Alberta Advanced Education to track students applying to post-secondary educational institutions and transferring throughout the province and their programs.
Athletics Leadership Based Appraisals (Evaluations) For Coaches (Fall and Winter) - These reports summarize students'/athletes' views regarding RDC coaches. The reports are prepared for the Athletics Department.
Continuing Education Programs Evaluation Reports - Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring terms - These evaluations are administered to Continuing Education students to reveal perceptions and opinions of the Continuing Education department, programs, and courses. Reports are produced four times during the academic year.
Course Registration by Program for Fall, Winter, and Spring - This report analyzes by program all RDC courses, their limit, and how many students are enrolled.
Enrollment Trend Analysis Reports - 5 year comparison - This report provides 5-year comparisons of Full Load Equivalents (FLEs), applications, and headcount to FLE ratios.
FLE and Headcount Preliminary Enrollment Estimate to Alberta Advanced Education - Alberta Advanced Education generates province-wide FLE and headcount estimates for budget-planning purposes. This report provides the RDC portion of the information.
New Student Survey Data Collection and Report - This survey is administered during New Student Orientation to students who are new to RDC. The New Student Survey includes questions pertaining to Service Review as per the guidelines of the Program and Service Review Advisory Committee.
Preliminary Enrollment Report for Access Funded Programs to Alberta Advanced Education - Alberta Advanced Education funds through Access funding specific programs deemed advantageous. This tracks those programs to confirm that commitments have been met.
Program Completer Study - is conducted annually to reveal the perceptions, opinions, and activities of RDC program completers and university-transfer leavers six to nine months after leaving their program. Research Services publishes the findings of the Program Completer Study every two years.
Program Level 1 Review Reports - On an annual basis, various data are compiled into one report for the purpose of reviewing the progress of programs offered at RDC.
Program Monitoring Document - This report monitors student applications to RDC programs from December through to the end of September.
Program Registry System (PRS) Submission to Alberta Advanced Education and Technology (AET) - PRS is AET's data collection system used to track programs offered and approved by the Ministry.
RDC Accountability Framework Report - Utilizing numerous accountability measures, this report evaluates and improves RDC.
RDC Factbook - Published annually using the LERS submission as the information basis, this report contains various statistical information about RDC. Some examples of the data included are headcount, FLE, number of graduates, and grade distributions. It can be accessed through the link in the title.
Research Services Annual Report - This report summarizes the annual activities of Research Services.
Research Services Newsletter - The newsletter is prepared to familiarize new faculty and staff with our office.
Service Review Data Collection and Reporting - Service Review data is collected every two years in five different surveys. Reports are prepared for the Program and Service Review Advisory Committee and for each service area evaluated.
Student Feedback Instrument Reports (Fall, Winter, and Spring) - The Student Feedback Instrument (SFI) process gives students an opportunity to evaluate their instructors. Research Services coordinates the SFI process, from planning/preparing timelines based upon the RDC Academic Calendar, through scanning the results and distributing reports to instructors and Deans after final grades have been submitted. Submission of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Reconciliation and Costing to Alberta Advanced Education - KPIs track specific measurements which are reported to Alberta Advanced Education by institutions across the province.
