ELCC Outreach Diploma Online
The Early Learning & Child Care department, in partnership with eCampus, is excited to offer the Diploma program completely online!
- Complete the diploma program in two years and work while you learn!
- All you need is a computer and access to the Internet.
- Practicum can be completed in the workplace or as a volunteer placement in your home community
- There are no face-to-face seminars in our online Diploma program, all courses are completely online
- Final exams will be held for each online course. These will also be online.
Prerequisites for the ELCC Diploma Program
Students must have completed an Early Learning & Child Care Certificate from an accredited institution or equivalent. If other than RDC, students will be asked to submit transcripts with their application.

*ELCC 305, 308 and 309 are option courses. Students are required to take one option to complete the requirements for graduation in the Diploma Program. Choose one of the above or another approved option.
ELCC 305 and 309 are open courses. Any interested students can take these two courses without meeting the prerequisites above.
