The private sector has been heavily involved in the development and delivery of the Hospitality & Tourism program and continues to be involved through industry associations and direct contact with instructors during the student's work experience (field work).

Typically the work experience component of the program allows the student a smooth transfer from academics to a new career in the hospitality & tourism industry.
