Science Promotion At RDC

Science Promotion at RDC provides a variety of science experiences for youth in the Central Alberta region.  These include:

Summer Science Camps

  • Designed for kids aged 7 - 14 years, science topics are explored though hands-on activities.
  • Visit Continuing Education and our picture page for more information.

Explorations

  • Explorations promote science activities and field trip activities by providing expertise, lab space, equipment, and supplies at a minimal cost to schools in Central Alberta.

Science is Fun

  • These sessions are designed to introduce young children and their parents to science.

Science Promotion at RDC is a Member of Actua

Actua provides training, resources and support to a national network of local organizations offering science and technology education programs.  Actua members reach over 200,000 youth per year.  Please visit Actua on the web at www.actua.ca.
