Privacy Policy

RDC Alumni Relations provides an on-line service (My Alumni Account) to staff, alumni, and friends who wish to participate in a social networking environment.  This service is provided free through RDC Community Relations.

All material on personal pages must be in compliance with the RDC web site privacy policy and all local, provincial, and federal laws.  Photographs posted on personal pages must be appropriate for a college web site.  Communications that are abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented, or any other material that may violate any applicable laws are strictly prohibited.  Posting such comments may lead to users being immediately and permanently banned.  RDC reserves the right to remove at any time, at its sole discretion, any content posted on personal pages deemed in violation of College policy, or local, provincial, and federal laws.

Information collected through this service is collected under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act of Alberta for the purpose of administering the service and will be managed in accordance with RDC Information Management guidelines policy.
