Jon is a first year Kinesiology student from Alliance, Alberta (East of Stettler) He’s been training consistently on a year round basis and is already one of the top runners on our team. Jon also excels in his classes with a 3.68 fall term GPA. Well done JON.

| Most Improved Player – Kalem Hamilton |
|
Kalem trained consistently and improved his times in each successive race. He also skips the RDC Men’s Curling team and has a 4.0 GPA in his 1st year Engineering program. Congratulations KALEM!!

| Coaches Award – Brooke Willson |
|
Due to her excellent academic and athletic achievements, Brooke is recognized as a CCAA Academic All-Canadian (top 7 in ACAC Championships and GPA greater than 3.5). In addition, Brooke contributes significantly to the team. She organized the ordering of team jackets from LULU Lemon and shoe hosted the team wind-up party at her home. She is friendly, outgoing, positive and an outstanding team supporter. Thank you BROOKE.

| Most Valuable Player – Jodi Sanguin |
| Jodi is an OUTSTANDING runner. She placed 2nd in the ACAC XC Running Championships, only 1 second behind the winner and went on to place 2ndin the CCAA Championships, this time the top Alberta runner. She is also an excellent student with a GPA of over 3.5 which along with her outstanding athletic achievements qualifies her also for a CCAA Academic All –Canadian. Jodi is team captain and a very supportive and positive leader on our team. Congratulations JODI – another outstanding season. |
