HR Management Certificate

If you currently work in, or are seeking a career in, the human resource sector or are working as a manager or supervisor involved in hiring, managing, and motivating employees, this program is ideally suited to your learning needs. The Human Resource Management program has been developed to meet the need for education in key knowledge areas of human resource management.

Much of our cirriculum has been developed through our collaboration efforts with Mount Royal University. These courses provide a strategic and coherent approach to the management of any organization's most valuable assets - the people working there who individually, and collectively, contribute to the specific objectives of the business.

The optional courses in this certificate program provide you with an opportunity to choose specialized topic areas in human resource management.

To earn the certificate students must successfully complete the core courses (90 hrs) + optional courses (60 hrs). In two years you can earn your RDC Human Resource Management certificate.

This program is designed to run on a part time basis so the participants can continue to work while taking the courses. Not all courses will be offered each semester, we will offer them on a rotating basis.

Textbook: Managing Human Resources 6th Edition will be available at the RDC bookstore and will be used for all the above courses.
