Culinary Arts

RDC’s Culinary Arts classes are located in our state-of-the-art kitchen facilities, new mixology lab and the recently renovated Cornerstone fine dining area. All courses are hands-on (unless otherwise noted) and include step-by-step instruction for the included recipes, and an opportunity for you to taste and enjoy the fruits of your labour.

We offer a wide variety of culinary options including Healthy Lunch Ideas for Kids, How to Cook for a Week in Less Than 3 Hours, Knife Skills, Mouth-Watering Marinades and Rubs, How to Purchase and Prepare Quality Meats, Holiday Appetizers and Baking, Vegetarian cooking and Mixology.
