“I am happy to be one of the Level 4 ESL students at RDC. Our teacher Myrna is wonderful. The environment is friendly, she supports us, and she is patient with us. Some of us had not been at school for a while. We have to adjust a lot and try to meet deadlines. I enjoyed also the Valentine’s Day party and the outing to Bower Ponds (skating). It was like a family outing.”

“My friend and I want to tell you about how I am learning English in Canada. Now, I am a student in the ESL program here at RDC. This program is a good one because now I can write a letter in English. Before I came to this class my writing and pronunciation were very bad. A good memory I have of the college is when I first came to the college. I didn’t know how to use a computer and this was a very bad feeling. When I sent my first email to my ESL teaching Cindy, it was a proud moment in my life and I will never forget that.”
