Responding to the demand of the senior housing sector, the Alberta Senior Citizens Housing Association has worked with RDC since 1996 to develop and deliver a specialized certificate program for Site Managers.
Designed for individuals with an interest in gaining knowledge and understanding of this unique industry and advancing their careers toward supervisory and management positions, our program is excellent for orientating individuals to the field of leadership, understanding governance and management principles, front line management of operations and personnel, effectively handling communication and conflict whilst maintaining client satisfaction within the parameters of aging processes.
