Ian Cook

Ian Cook completed his Masters Of Visual Art Degree at the University Of Alberta in 1972. Ian helped establish The Visual Art Program in 1972 at Red Deer College and has been Chair of the Program for approximately twenty years of his tenure at RDC. Ian continues to teach Sculpture, Drawing, and Design within the Visual Art Program and an active instructor teaching within the Series program since its permanent residence at RDC in1983.

Ian is a practicing artist and sculptor working in cast bronze. His work is represented in The Alberta Foundation for the Arts Collection, The Canada Art Bank Collection as well as Institutional and Corporate Collections.
