Confidential counselling is available to all RDC Students free of charge.

While college can be one of the best times of your life it can also be one of the most stressful! You may face many challenges while attending college. Sometimes this may interfere with your ability to do academic work, or you may feel overwhelmed with your workload. Therefore, most students can benefit from seeing a counsellor at some point during their college experience.

Our commitment is to help you experience success as a student. We are here to help you achieve your personal and academic goals. The Counselling & Career Centre’s professional counsellors can assist you throughout any time in your college life and help you with your personal and career concerns.

Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., except for the month of July where it will be by appointment only.

Closed Saturday, Sunday and all general holidays.

*We are open all year.
