Learning Strategies

Learning strategies are ways to help yourself understand, remember and apply the knowledge you are receiving in your courses. Workshops, small-group instruction and individual appointments are available on a wide variety of topics, such as:

  • Reading textbooks effectively
  • Note-taking
  • Managing your time
  • Understanding your learning style
  • Minimizing exam anxiety
