Residence Administration Building
To reach the Residence Administration Building follow College Boulevard and take your first left onto College Circle. Follow this road that leads around to the back of the College. After you have driven over 4 speedbumps, you will see the Residence Administration Building.
During the academic year (Sept. - April) we are open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. During the summer months, we are open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, and 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., weekends and holidays. The phone number is 403.342.3257.
The entrance to the Residence Administration building houses the mailboxes for some family tenants, as well as some Rowhouse tenants. The entrance also has a "key drop" that allows you to drop your keys off if you check out after hours, or want to drop any other information during hours when the office is closed. The door leading to the washing/drying machines is also located within the entrance.

Glenice is responsible for a staff of 21, capital and operating expenditures, resident concerns and discipline. Glenice reports to the Vice President of Student Services.
Stacy Dick & TerryLee Ropchan
Assistant Residence Managers

Stacy and TerryLee are responsible for room assignments, maintenance requests, family and apprentice bookings as well as customer service.
Amanda Carritt

Tim is responsible for the training and supervision of the Resident Assistants, Residence Life programs, student discipline, developing community and assisting residents to adapt to College and Residence Life.
Edwin Medina
Maintenance
Edwin responds to the requests for maintenance in your units and maintains the Residence in a state of repair so that it can operate effectively and efficiently. He also supervises casual labourers hired to complete specific tasks and provides on-site inspections of completed work.
