Single RDC students can choose to live in one of three housing options:
- Tower Units
- Cluster Rowhouses
- Block Rowhouses
Tower Units
The Towers units are directly attached to the main College building, and are interconnected by a series of hallways and stairwells. There are 5 Towers in total; each Tower has 8 apartments, and each apartment accommodates 4 students. Also connected to the Tower units are the units designed for persons with physical disabilities. There are 6 units in this Wing, and they accommodate 12 students.

Cluster Rowhouses
The Cluster Rowhouses are about a 2 minute walk from the main College building and are all independent from each other. There are 3 Clusters with 14 buildings of 4 bedroom townhouses. Cluster 4 is different, accommodating 8 bachelor units, and 17 two bedroom units.

Block Rowhouses
Our newer Residences, the Block Rowhouses, are situated the farthest from the main College building, at approximately a 5 minute walk. There is a total of 5 Blocks, each block containing 2 buildings. Each building houses 4-6 units, and accommodates 4 students in a unit.
