Before your first semester:
- Contact Disability Services three to four months in advance.
- Indicate your need for Disability Services on your RDC Application for Admission Form.
- Bring your documentation.
- Apply for any required funding.
Within the first two weeks of each semester:
- Sign appropriate forms with a Disability Services Coordinator.
- Make arrangements to meet privately with each of your instructors to discuss your accommodations.
Ongoing throughout the semester:
- Keep open communication with your instructors.
- Ensure exam arrangements are in place well in advance of exams to avoid confusion.
- Follow the procedures and agreed upon arrangements.
- Meet with a Disability Services Coordinator at least once per semester to keep in touch, report concerns, or request or modify accommodations.
