Curriculum Collection and CTS Learning and Teaching Resource Centre
To support our collaborative University of Alberta Bachelor of Education (Middle School focus) program, the Library maintains a collection of materials designed to meet the curriculum needs of students and teachers of grades 4 to 9.
Built through a partnership among RDC Library, Red Deer Catholic Regional Schools, and Alberta Education, the Career and Technology Studies (CTS) Centre houses a collection of print, digital and online resources for the newly revised CTS curriculum, and serves as an access point to professional learning opportunities. The CTS Centre is part of the Curriculum Collection.
Items in the Curriculum collection may be borrowed by all RDC students, faculty, and staff, and by local community borrowers. These items are not available for requesting through the NEOS delivery system. The Curriculum collection is located in the centre north section of the second floor, in the Quinn’s Oilfield Supply Ltd. Curriculum & Reading Centre.
