Red Deer College is proud to serve the educational needs of our diverse students. Our students are enrolled in more than 100 programs in a breadth of subject areas preparing them for successful careers and lives.

We are equally proud to serve central Alberta communities, contributing to the social, cultural and economic well-being of our region.

RDC’s mandate, mission, vision and values guide us in everything we do.

As a public post-secondary institution, RDC and its employees take seriously our accountability to our students and the communities we serve.

RDC’s Board of Governors is the College’s governing body. Strategic planning and daily operations are overseen by RDC’s President and Senior Administration team.

Individuals on a variety of committees help to oversee a variety of planning and operations, as well as playing an important role in making decisions that support RDC’s core business of teaching and learning.

RDC also has a variety of policies and forms that help guide consistent actions and processes across the College.
