COVID-19 Information | RDC’s plan to deliver quality education this fall

Our People

The backbone of RDC and what we achieve as a post-secondary institution is a result of the impact and value that our people bring each day to support the mission, vision and values of RDC.

Our faculty are experts in their field. Our staff are passionate in their roles. Our Board of Governors, President and senior leaders set the pathway forward for us all.

We are all here to support the successes of our knowledge-hungry students in their studies, as well as their career aspirations and life's achievements as proud RDC alumni. Our valued employees are also proud to support our surrounding communities - in central Alberta, our province and beyond.

We celebrate our successes and achievements as employees. We also value and celebrate the contributions of RDC alumni and community members who support the College and our communities in many ways.
