COVID-19 Information | RDC shares important information for Winter 2021 Term

Health and Safety Requirements

Health Sciences programs are provided in RDC’s School of Health Sciences, Donald School of Business, and School of Continuing Education. Health Sciences workers are responsible to attain and maintain required certifications and maintain recommended immunization standards. As a student of a Health Sciences program you also are required to meet these standards of practice.

The Health & Safety Requirements do not need to be submitted as part of your application, although you are encouraged to become familiar with the requirements as soon as possible to ensure completion by the deadline, especially for immunizations.

These requirements are summarized below, and are explained in “Health & Safety Requirements” Packages A through H that are posted here on the RDC website.

  • Packages A to H contain detailed instructions, forms and information that will help you understand what you need to do to complete the requirement by the deadline.

These requirements and the documentation must be completed and submitted prior to the start of your program. This will affect your program completion.

Does this apply to you? YES! These Health & Safety Requirements are the same for all health discipline post-secondary programs in the Province of Alberta.

Select your program below, click on the “X” for the link to each requirement, and document your progress. Ensure you read and complete every requirement for your program.
