Get inspired and get moving. We offer energizing workouts for all fitness levels.

Stay motivated to reach your health and wellness goals with our group fitness classes, drop-in opportunities or by connecting with one of our personal trainers. We care about your journey and are dedicated to your success.

Drop-in Fitness 

We have facilities to provide our community members with some fantastic drop-in opportunities. If you hold a Gary W. Harris Canada Games Centre membership, all drop-in fitness/activities are included with your membership.

Children's - Youth Fitness 

We really do have something for everyone. Keep your kids active and focused in one of our Children's Yoga classes or book your Youth Orientation now. Fitness classes will return in the fall. Check back for more details.

Personal Training 

Train with one of Red Deer College’s certified CSEP-CPT trainers. Our trainers are committed to helping you reach your personal goals, whether it’s to get fit, learn proper exercise techniques or for a race!
