Do you enjoy working with children in grades 4 – 9? The Bachelor of Education Middle Years program at Red Deer College prepares you to teach all subject areas and develop your skills to work with young adolescents.

In the Educational Assistant Program at Red Deer College you will build your skills and confidence to effectively work in an inclusive and diverse educational setting. University Transfer: Bachelor of Education

Graduates of the four-year Bachelor of Education program (University of Alberta) and the five-year combined degree program (University of Alberta and The University of Lethbridge) are eligible to apply for Teacher Certification in the Province of Alberta and all other provinces. RDC offers up to two years (60 credits) of transferable coursework in these programs.

If you enjoy learning and working with youth and have a desire to make a difference in students’ lives, the Bachelor of Education/Science Combined program is for you. You will gain experience through classroom observation, special projects and teaching opportunities while making personal connections with the education community.
